This Quotation Estimate has been carefully prepared to outline the full scope of Mason services, materials, and labor required for the residential and commercial masonry works at your property located in the Al-Karada District of Iraq Baghdad. Scope of Mason Work

This Quotation Estimate covers all masonry-related activities performed by our certified Mason crew, including but not limited to: laying of load-bearing and non-load-bearing brick walls, construction of partition walls, application of cement mortar and plastering, installation of lintels and structural supports, construction of staircases and retaining walls, and finishing works. All Mason work will be executed in strict compliance with the Iraqi Building Code and municipal regulations governing construction in Iraq Baghdad. Our Mason team consists of 12 skilled workers, 3 site supervisors, and 1 structural engineer who will oversee all phases of the masonry project.

Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in material costs in the Iraq Baghdad market.
All Mason work described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed by Tigris Masonry & Construction Co.'s in-house crew. No subcontracting of masonry work will be undertaken without prior written consent from the client.
Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon signing of the contract, 40% upon completion of all structural masonry work, and 30% upon final inspection and handover. All payments shall be made in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) via bank transfer to our account in Iraq Baghdad.
The estimated project duration for all Mason work is twelve (12) weeks from the date of site mobilization, subject to weather conditions and availability of materials in Iraq Baghdad.
All masonry work is covered by a structural warranty of five (5) years from the date of final acceptance. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or force majeure events.
The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits, municipal approvals, and environmental clearances from the Iraq Baghdad municipal authorities prior to the commencement of any Mason work on site.
Any changes to the scope of work, additional masonry requirements, or design modifications requested by the client after this Quotation Estimate has been accepted will be subject to a separate change-order Quotation Estimate and additional cost assessment.
Our Mason team will adhere to all occupational health and safety standards. The client shall provide access to the site and ensure that all pre-existing structural conditions are disclosed before work begins.
This Quotation Estimate is prepared specifically for the project located in Iraq Baghdad and is non-transferable to any other site or client without written authorization from Tigris Masonry & Construction Co.
All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq, with the seat of arbitration in Baghdad.

Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately represents the scope, cost, and terms of the Mason work to be performed in Iraq Baghdad. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the basis for the formal construction contract.
