This Quotation Estimate for the Mason project in Italy Milan shall be settled as follows:
- 30% advance payment (EUR 8,448.38) upon signing of the contract and before commencement of works.
- 40% progress payment (EUR 11,264.50) upon completion of all structural masonry and stone installation phases.
- 30% final payment (EUR 8,448.38) upon final inspection, client sign-off, and handover of the completed Mason work.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect current material costs in the Italy Milan market.
- All Mason work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Italian Building Code (D.P.R. 380/2001) and the specific heritage preservation guidelines applicable to the historical centre of Milan.
- The project timeline is estimated at eight (8) to ten (10) working weeks, subject to weather conditions and municipal permit approvals.
