This Quotation Estimate for the Mason project in Italy Naples shall be settled according to the following milestone-based payment schedule:
- Advance Payment (30%): EUR 39,319.01 — due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to commencement of works.
- Progress Payment 1 (25%): EUR 32,765.85 — due upon completion of all facade masonry restoration and repointing.
- Progress Payment 2 (25%): EUR 32,765.85 — due upon completion of all interior masonry work and staircase restoration.

4.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices, material costs, and labour rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Italy Naples.
4.2. All masonry work shall be executed in strict compliance with the Italian building code (D.P.R. 380/2001), regional regulations of Campania, and the specific conservation directives issued by the Soprintendenza for the historic centre of Naples.
4.3. The estimated project duration is four (4) calendar months from the date of commencement, subject to weather conditions, availability of quarried tuff stone, and any additional works identified during the course of the project.
4.4. Any variation or additional masonry work not included in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment, signed by both parties, before execution.
4.5. The Mason contractor shall provide a ten-year structural warranty on all load-bearing masonry work and a five-year warranty on all decorative and finishing stone elements.
4.6. All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Tribunale di Napoli, Italy Naples.
4.7. The client acknowledges that the use of traditional tuff stone and lime mortar is essential for the historical integrity of the building and agrees that no modern cement-based substitutes shall be used without prior written consent.
