2. Scope of Mason WorkThe Mason team assigned to this project will carry out the following works at the client's property in Italy Rome:

This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following milestone-based payment schedule, standard for Mason contracts in Italy Rome:
- 30% advance payment (EUR 23,781.95) upon written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the formal contract.
- 40% interim payment (EUR 31,709.26) upon completion of all exterior masonry works (items 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.6) and sign-off by the Soprintendenza inspector.
- 30% final payment (EUR 23,781.95) upon full completion, final inspection, and handover of all documentation, including the as-built masonry report and material certificates.
