Note: This Quotation Estimate is based on the site survey conducted on 28 May 2025 in Japan Kyoto. Should hidden structural deficiencies be discovered during the Mason demolition phase, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued within five (5) business days for your written approval before any additional work commences. All pricing is in Japanese Yen (JPY) and inclusive of standard tools and equipment. Project Timeline

The anticipated duration for all Mason work described in this Quotation Estimate is approximately eight (8) weeks from the approved commencement date. The schedule accounts for Japan Kyoto seasonal weather patterns, particularly the rainy season (tsuyu) which may require temporary protective measures. A detailed weekly progress report will be submitted to the client every Friday.

Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all material and labor rates are subject to revision.
2. Payment terms: 30% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of the garden wall Mason work; 30% upon final inspection and handover.
3. All Mason work is guaranteed for a period of five (5) years from the date of final acceptance, covering workmanship defects only.
4. The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits from Japan Kyoto municipal authorities prior to commencement. Our firm will provide technical documentation to support the permit application.
5. Any changes to the scope of Mason work must be agreed upon in writing via a formal change order referencing this Quotation Estimate number.
6. Work will be performed in compliance with all applicable Japanese national building standards and Japan Kyoto local heritage preservation regulations.
7. Our Mason team will observe all site safety protocols and maintain full liability insurance coverage throughout the project duration.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not include landscaping, electrical, or plumbing work. Those disciplines must be separately contracted.
