This Quotation Estimate is issued by Mason Construction & Stonework Co., Ltd. Mason proposes a total project duration of four (4) calendar months, commencing on 1 August 2025 and concluding by 31 November 2025. The schedule has been developed to minimize disruption to the surrounding Japan Osaka commercial district and to comply with Japan Osaka noise and vibration regulations (Osaka City Environmental Standards, Chapter 7). Mason will submit a detailed weekly work plan to the client upon contract execution.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, Mason reserves the right to revise pricing due to material cost fluctuations in the Japan Osaka market.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of structural masonry work, and 30% upon final acceptance and handover in Japan Osaka.
- All masonry materials shall conform to JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) and Japan Osaka municipal building codes. Mason shall provide material certification documents upon request.
- Mason shall maintain full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as mandated by Japan Osaka labor regulations throughout the project duration.
- Any changes to the scope of masonry work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. Mason will issue a revised Quotation Estimate for any such modifications within five (5) business days.
- Mason warrants all masonry work for a period of five (5) years from the date of final acceptance, covering defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty is registered with the Japan Osaka Building Authority.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through mediation under the Japan Osaka Construction Arbitration Board, and failing that, by the courts of Osaka, Japan.
- Mason shall comply with all Japan Osaka environmental regulations, including dust suppression, water runoff management, and waste segregation requirements.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the masonry works described herein. Mason will proceed with mobilization and procurement upon receipt of the signed document and the advance payment.
