The Mason works described in this Quotation Estimate are scheduled to commence on 1 August 2025 and are projected for completion by 30 October 2025, subject to weather conditions typical of Kazakhstan Almaty during the late summer and early autumn period. The total duration of the masonry phase is estimated at 90 working days. Any delays caused by extreme weather events, including early frost or heavy precipitation common in the Almaty region, will be documented and communicated to the client within 24 hours.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all pricing and material costs are subject to revision based on current market conditions in Kazakhstan Almaty.
Payment shall be made in tranches: 30% upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of 60% of the Mason works, and 30% upon final acceptance and sign-off by the client's site engineer.
All masonry work will comply with the Kazakhstani State Construction Standards (SNiP) and the specific seismic design requirements applicable to Almaty (seismic intensity zone 9).
The Mason team will consist of a minimum of twelve (12) skilled masons, two (2) foremen, and one (1) senior structural engineer for supervision. All personnel will hold valid work permits for employment in Kazakhstan.
Materials including bricks, concrete blocks, mortar, and reinforcement will be sourced from approved suppliers within the Almaty metropolitan area to minimize logistics costs and ensure timely delivery to the project site.
A warranty period of twenty-four (24) months shall apply to all Mason works from the date of final acceptance. This warranty covers structural integrity, joint quality, and compliance with the specifications outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing via a formal variation order. The Quotation Estimate prices shall not be adjusted for variations unless explicitly stated in the variation document.
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in accordance with the rules of the Almaty International Arbitration Centre.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate represents a fair and accurate assessment of the Mason services to be rendered at the specified project location in Kazakhstan Almaty. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the basis for the formal construction contract to be executed within fourteen (14) days of acceptance.
