The total estimated duration for all Mason work described in this Quotation Estimate is 14 weeks from the date of commencement. The project schedule has been developed taking into account the climatic conditions in Kuwait City, Kuwait, including the extreme summer temperatures that may affect mortar curing times. Our Mason team will operate in staggered shifts during peak heat periods to ensure optimal work quality and worker safety. A detailed Gantt chart and weekly progress reporting schedule will be provided upon contract award.

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and material costs are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Kuwait.

4.2 Payment shall be made in monthly progress installments based on the percentage of Mason work completed and certified by the project's supervising engineer. A retention of 5% shall be held until final completion and handover.

4.3 All materials used in the Mason work shall be of approved quality and shall comply with Kuwait Standards (KS) specifications. Material samples shall be submitted for client approval prior to bulk procurement.

4.4 Our Mason team shall adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations as mandated by the Kuwait Ministry of Public Works and the project's HSE plan. Full PPE compliance is mandatory at all times.

4.5 Any variations or additional Mason work beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval by the client.

4.6 A warranty period of twenty-four (24) months shall apply to all completed Mason work from the date of final acceptance. Any defects arising from workmanship within this period shall be rectified at no additional cost.

4.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties.

Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard working conditions at the project site in Kuwait City, Kuwait. Should the site present unusual access restrictions, contaminated ground conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances that materially affect the execution of the Mason work, a revised Quotation Estimate will be issued for the affected items. All rates are inclusive of labor, tools, and standard consumables unless otherwise stated.
