- This Quotation Estimate for Mason and masonry services is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, KL Mason & Build Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuating material costs in the Kuala Lumpur market.
- All mason work shall be carried out in strict compliance with the Uniform Building By-Laws (UBBL) 1984, the Building and Construction Industry Development Board (BCIB) guidelines, and all applicable regulations of the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).
- A minimum advance payment of thirty percent (30%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required before the mason team mobilises to the site in Kuala Lumpur. The remaining balance shall be disbursed as per the payment schedule outlined above.
- The estimated project duration of twenty-five (25) working days assumes normal weather conditions in Kuala Lumpur. Delays caused by monsoon rainfall, public holidays, or force majeure events will extend the timeline proportionally without additional cost to the client.
- All mason workmanship is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of practical completion. This warranty covers defects in masonry bonding, mortar application, and structural integrity of the mason work.
- The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits and approvals from DBKL (Kuala Lumpur City Hall) prior to the commencement of any mason work. KL Mason & Build Sdn. Bhd. shall provide technical drawings and specifications to support the permit application.
- Any variation or change order to the original scope of mason work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before execution. A supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued for all approved variations.
- All mason workers deployed to the Kuala Lumpur site shall be covered under the Employees Provident Fund (EPF), Employees' Insurance Scheme (EIS), and Workmen's Compensation Act as mandated by Malaysian law.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation under the Malaysian Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) or, failing that, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
