This Quotation Estimate is prepared by Construcciones del Valle S.A. de C.V. to provide comprehensive Mason services for the residential renovation project located in Mexico Mexico City. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After this period, prices may be adjusted due to material cost fluctuations in the Mexico Mexico City construction market.
- All Mason work shall be performed by qualified and insured masons employed by Construcciones del Valle S.A. de C.V. in accordance with Mexican labor law (Ley Federal del Trabajo) and safety regulations (NOM-009-STPS).
- Payment schedule: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of structural masonry work, and 30% upon final inspection and acceptance in Mexico Mexico City.
- All materials (concrete blocks, bricks, mortar, Cantera stone, rebar, and waterproofing compounds) will be sourced from approved suppliers in the Mexico Mexico City metropolitan area and must meet NMX standards.
- The Mason crew will work Monday through Saturday, 07:00 to 17:00 hrs, respecting local noise ordinances of the Mexico City government.
- Warranty: All masonry work carries a two-year structural warranty from the date of final acceptance. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials.
- Any changes or additions to the scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties and will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include architectural design fees, permits from the Mexico Mexico City municipal authority (Dirección de Desarrollo Urbano), or third-party engineering inspections.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting Mexico Mexico City, may extend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Mexico Mexico City in accordance with the Mexican Commercial Code.
Acceptance and Authorization
