This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atlas Mason & Construction Services SARL, a fully licensed and insured Mason operating in Morocco Casablanca, to provide a comprehensive breakdown of all masonry, structural, and finishing works required for the client's residential property. The Mason team will execute all tasks in strict compliance with Moroccan building regulations (Réglementation de Construction) and the specific urban planning codes applicable to the Casablanca metropolitan area.
- Foundation Masonry: Excavation, formwork, and concrete pouring for strip foundations (1.2m depth) using C25/30 concrete, reinforced with HA12 and HA16 steel bars, in accordance with Moroccan seismic zone requirements for Casablanca.

* All prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). The Mason contractor assumes responsibility for all labor, standard materials, and equipment. Special materials or design modifications requested by the client after this Quotation Estimate is accepted will be subject to a separate supplementary quotation.
This Quotation Estimate for Mason services in Morocco Casablanca shall be settled according to the following milestone-based payment plan:
- Advance Payment (30%): MAD 109,409.40 – Due upon signing of the contract and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- Progress Payment 1 (30%): MAD 109,409.40 – Due upon completion of foundation and load-bearing wall masonry.
- Progress Payment 2 (25%): MAD 91,174.50 – Due upon completion of partition walls, staircase, and lintel installation.
- Final Payment (15%): MAD 54,704.70 – Due upon final handover, site cleanup, and client sign-off.
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Mason contractor reserves the right to revise pricing due to material cost fluctuations in the Morocco Casablanca market.
4.2 The estimated project duration of forty-five (45) working days assumes standard weather conditions and uninterrupted access to the site in Morocco Casablanca. Delays caused by force majeure, client-requested changes, or regulatory holds by the Casablanca urban planning authority (Direction de l'Urbanisme) shall extend the timeline accordingly.
4.3 The Mason contractor guarantees all masonry work for a period of two (2) years from the date of final acceptance, covering structural defects, improper bonding, and material failures attributable to workmanship.
4.4 The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits (permis de construire) from the Mairie de Casablanca prior to the commencement of any Mason work. The Mason contractor shall provide all technical drawings and structural calculations required for the permit application at no additional cost.
4.5 All work shall comply with the Moroccan building code (Réglementation de Construction), seismic regulations applicable to Casablanca (Zone Seismique IIb), and local Casablanca urban planning directives.
4.6 Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
4.7 The Mason contractor maintains full civil liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by Moroccan law. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
