Project TimelineThe estimated duration for completion of all Mason works outlined in this Quotation Estimate is twelve (12) weeks from the date of site mobilization, subject to weather conditions and timely availability of materials in the Myanmar Yangon market. The project schedule will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of the advance payment. Delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to monsoon flooding in Yangon, government-mandated work stoppages, or material supply disruptions, will be excluded from the timeline and communicated in writing to the client.
Terms and Conditions1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision based on fluctuations in the cost of cement, bricks, and aggregate in the Myanmar Yangon construction market beyond a 10% variance.
2. All Mason work shall be performed by skilled and certified masonry workers under the direct supervision of a licensed site engineer. Workmanship warranty is provided for a period of two (2) years from the date of final handover.
3. The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits, planning approvals, and utility connections from the Yangon City Development Committee and relevant authorities prior to commencement of masonry work.
4. Any additional or variation work not included in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval by both parties before execution.
5. The Mason team shall maintain a clean and safe work site in accordance with Myanmar Occupational Safety and Health regulations. The contractor shall carry comprehensive public liability insurance for the duration of the project.
6. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disputes, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Myanmar Arbitration Law, with the seat of arbitration in Yangon, Myanmar.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and exchanged copies. Upon mutual acceptance, it shall serve as the governing document for the masonry works described herein.
