Scope of Mason Work – Nepal Kathmandu Project

This Quotation Estimate is prepared for comprehensive mason work services to be executed in the Kathmandu Valley, Nepal. Our team of skilled masons will handle all bricklaying, block masonry, plastering, and finishing works as detailed below. The mason crew will operate in accordance with Nepal Building Code (NBC) standards and local Kathmandu municipal regulations.

Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After expiry, rates for mason work in Nepal Kathmandu may be revised based on prevailing labour and material market conditions.
The mason crew will consist of a minimum of 12 skilled masons, 4 helpers, and 1 site supervisor assigned to the Kathmandu project site.
Project duration is estimated at 4 months (120 working days) from the date of commencement, subject to weather conditions in the Kathmandu Valley.
All mason work shall comply with Nepal Building Code (NBC) 2015 and Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) building regulations.
The client shall provide a safe and accessible work site, water supply, and electricity connection at the project location in Kathmandu.
Any additional mason work beyond the scope described in this Quotation Estimate shall be charged at the prevailing daily rate of NPR 1,500 per mason per day.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with Nepalese law.
The mason crew shall adhere to all safety protocols as mandated by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health, Nepal.
Warranty on mason work: 12 months from the date of final handover for any structural defects in bricklaying or plastering.

Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms of this Quotation Estimate for mason work to be carried out in Nepal Kathmandu. This document serves as a binding agreement for the scope, rates, and conditions outlined herein.
