All masonry materials specified in this Quotation Estimate shall comply with NEN standards applicable in the Netherlands. Bricks will be sourced from certified Dutch manufacturers to ensure compatibility with the existing Amsterdam canal-house masonry. Lime mortar (NEN-EN 459) will be used for all restoration work to preserve the breathability of the historic fabric. Natural stone elements will be sourced from approved quarries in the Netherlands and Belgium. The Mason team will ensure that all materials are delivered to the site in Netherlands Amsterdam no later than 48 hours before the commencement of each work phase.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised due to material cost fluctuations in the Netherlands market.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Amsterdam Mason & Stonework BV (IBAN: NL91 ABNA 0417 1643 00) within fourteen (14) days of invoice receipt.
- The Mason contractor shall carry out all works in accordance with the Dutch Building Act (Bouwbesluit) and local Amsterdam municipal permits. The client is responsible for obtaining any required building permits (omgevingsvergunning) prior to commencement.
- A minimum 12-month warranty is provided on all masonry workmanship. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers' terms.
- Any additional work not included in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and client approval before execution.
- The Mason team will adhere to all health and safety regulations (Arbowet) and will maintain adequate insurance coverage (AVB, ARL, and liability insurance) throughout the project duration in Netherlands Amsterdam.
- Working hours on site shall be between 07:00 and 18:00, Monday through Friday. No work will be performed on Dutch public holidays.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with Dutch law and under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
