1. Scope of Work — Mason Services in Peru Lima
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Andina Mason & Construction S.A.C. to provide a comprehensive breakdown of costs for professional Mason services to be executed at the client's residential property located in Peru Lima. The scope encompasses all masonry, structural, and finishing works as detailed below. All work will comply with the Peruvian Building Regulations (Reglamento Nacional de Edificaciones — RNE) and local municipal codes applicable in the Lima metropolitan area.
- Demolition and removal of existing masonry walls (approximately 120 m²) in the ground and first floor of the residence.

3. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. After the expiration date, prices may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in material costs in the Peru Lima market.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon signing the contract, 40% upon completion of structural masonry works, and 30% upon final acceptance and site handover.
- All masonry work will be executed by qualified and experienced Mason professionals registered with the Peruvian Chamber of Construction (Cámara Peruana de la Construcción — CPC).
- The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, tools, and equipment unless otherwise specified in writing. The client is responsible for obtaining all municipal permits and building licenses required by the municipality of Miraflores, Peru Lima.
- A warranty of twelve (12) months is provided on all masonry and structural works from the date of final acceptance. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, improper use, or unauthorized modifications.
- Any additional work or changes to the original scope must be approved in writing by both parties and will be billed as a separate addendum to this Quotation Estimate.
- The project schedule of 45 calendar days assumes normal working conditions. Delays caused by adverse weather, municipal inspections, or force majeure events in Peru Lima will be documented and the timeline adjusted accordingly.
- All debris and construction waste will be disposed of in compliance with the environmental regulations of the Metropolitan Government of Lima (Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed the formal service agreement. The terms herein are for estimation purposes only.
