This Quotation Estimate is issued by Manila Mason Works Inc. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for all masonry and mason-related services to be performed at the designated project site in Philippines Manila. Our team of licensed and experienced mason professionals will execute all structural and non-structural masonry works in strict compliance with the National Building Code of the Philippines (PD 1096) and the applicable standards set by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) for the Metro Manila region.
The mason crew assigned to this project will handle all aspects of bricklaying, block masonry, concrete block construction, plastering, tiling, and finishing works. All materials, labor, equipment, and site supervision are included in this Quotation Estimate unless otherwise noted.

- This Quotation Estimate covers all masonry and mason-related works as described in Section 2. Any additional or variation works not included herein shall be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- Payment terms: 30% down payment upon signing of the contract, 40% upon completion of 60% of masonry works, and 30% upon final inspection and acceptance of all mason works by the client.
- The mason crew and all personnel assigned to this project in Manila, Philippines shall comply with all Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) as mandated by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) of the Philippines.
- All masonry materials shall be of standard quality and sourced from reputable suppliers within the Philippines. The mason team shall present material samples for client approval prior to bulk installation.
- The project timeline is estimated at forty-five (45) working days from the date of commencement, subject to weather conditions and client-approved schedule in Manila, Philippines.
- A one-year (12-month) warranty is provided on all masonry and mason workmanship from the date of final acceptance. This warranty covers defects in mason labor and material workmanship but does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, improper use, or unauthorized modifications.
- The client shall provide access to the project site in Manila, Philippines, including necessary permits, utilities (water and electricity), and coordination with local barangay and city hall authorities.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and affixed their seals on the formal Service Contract document.
