4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and material costs are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Qatar Doha.
4.2 Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of all structural masonry work; 25% upon completion of plastering and tiling; 5% upon final handover and client sign-off.
4.3 Project Duration: The estimated completion period for all Mason work is forty-five (45) working days from the date of site mobilization, subject to weather conditions and client-approved design changes.
4.4 Materials: All masonry materials (blocks, bricks, cement, sand, tiles, and adhesives) shall be sourced from approved suppliers in Qatar Doha and shall meet QCS standards. Material substitutions require prior written approval from the client.
4.5 Warranty: Al Doha Mason & Construction Services W.L.L. provides a twelve (12) month workmanship warranty on all Mason services rendered under this Quotation Estimate. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but excludes damage caused by structural movement, water ingress due to plumbing failures, or force majeure events.
4.6 Permits and Compliance: The client shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary municipal permits from the Municipality of Qatar Doha. Our team will provide all technical documentation required for permit applications.
4.7 Changes and Variations: Any changes to the scope of Mason work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written variation order and additional cost assessment.
4.8 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure to resolve, the matter shall be referred to the courts of Qatar Doha in accordance with Qatari law.
