4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices are subject to revision based on current material and labor market rates in Russia Moscow.
4.2 Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of 70% of the Mason works (verified by joint site inspection), and 20% upon final acceptance and sign-off.
