The estimated duration for completion of all Mason works listed in this Quotation Estimate is twelve (12) weeks from the date of site mobilization in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The schedule will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate weather conditions typical of the Jeddah coastal climate, particularly during the high-humidity summer months. A detailed weekly progress plan will be submitted to the client within five (5) working days of contract commencement.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuating material costs in the Saudi Arabian market.
All Mason work shall be executed in strict accordance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC), Jeddah Municipality bylaws, and applicable OSHA-equivalent safety standards enforced by the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
Payment terms: 30% advance upon signing, 40% upon completion of structural masonry, 20% upon completion of finishing works, and 10% upon final handover and client sign-off.
All materials specified in this estimate shall be sourced from approved suppliers within Saudi Arabia. Substitutions require prior written approval from the client.
The contractor shall provide a twelve-month (12-month) defect liability warranty on all masonry works from the date of final acceptance.
Any variations or additional works beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written variation order and additional cost approval.
The contractor is responsible for all permits, inspections, and municipal approvals required by Jeddah Municipality for the masonry works described herein.
Disputes arising from this quotation shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) in Jeddah.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and exchanged executed copies.

Important Note: This Quotation Estimate covers masonry and mason-related works only. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil structural engineering works are excluded and must be quoted separately. All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of labor, tools, and standard materials unless otherwise stated. The project site is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and all logistics, transportation, and site access arrangements are included in the quoted rates.
