- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are subject to revision upon expiry.
- All Mason work shall be performed in accordance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC), Riyadh Municipality bylaws, and applicable SASO standards. The contractor shall obtain all necessary permits and approvals from the Riyadh Municipality prior to commencing work.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon signing of the contract, 40% upon completion of structural masonry (items 1, 2, 6, 7), and 30% upon final completion and handover. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the contractor's designated account in Saudi Arabia.
- The estimated project duration of forty-five (45) working days is contingent upon timely availability of the site in Riyadh, prompt approval of materials, and no force majeure events. Delays caused by the client or third parties shall extend the timeline accordingly.
- All materials (blocks, mortar, tiles, lintels, DPC) shall be new, of the highest quality, and sourced from approved suppliers within Saudi Arabia. The Mason team shall provide material data sheets and SASO certificates upon request.
- The contractor shall maintain a clean and safe work site in compliance with Saudi OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) regulations. All Mason workers shall be provided with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and shall hold valid Saudi work permits (Iqama) and trade licenses.
- A warranty period of twenty-four (24) months shall apply to all masonry work from the date of final acceptance. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but excludes damage caused by natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include civil works (foundation, structural concrete frame), electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or architectural design services. Any additional Mason work beyond the scope described herein shall be subject to a separate supplementary quotation.
- Disputes arising from this quotation or the resulting contract shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate is a firm offer for the specific Mason services described and at the project location in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Acceptance of this quotation shall constitute a binding agreement between both parties.
