This Quotation Estimate is issued by Sahel Construction & Mason Services SARL for the complete masonry and Mason work required for the construction of a two-storey residential building located in Quartier Ngor, Dakar, Senegal. - Validity: This Quotation Estimate for Mason services in Senegal Dakar is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect current material costs in the Dakar market.
- Payment Schedule: 30% advance upon contract signing; 40% upon completion of ground-floor Mason work; 20% upon completion of first-floor masonry; 10% upon final handover and client acceptance of all Mason works.
- Materials: All concrete blocks, cement (Dahabie or equivalent), sand, and aggregate shall be sourced from approved suppliers in the Dakar region. The client reserves the right to inspect materials before use.
- Workmanship Guarantee: Sahel Construction & Mason Services SARL guarantees all Mason work for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance. Any structural masonry defects within this period shall be rectified at no additional cost.
- Delays: In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to extreme weather common to the Dakar coastal climate, supply chain disruptions, or government-mandated work stoppages), the project timeline shall be extended proportionally.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved amicably. Failing amicable resolution, matters shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dakar, Senegal.
- Subcontracting: The primary Mason crew shall be employed directly by our company. No subcontracting of core Mason work shall occur without prior written consent from the client.
This Quotation Estimate assumes that the site in Senegal Dakar has been properly cleared, leveled, and that all necessary building permits from the Mairie de Dakar and the Direction de l'Urbanisme have been obtained by the client prior to commencement. This estimate excludes: structural steel reinforcement supply, electrical and plumbing rough-in, roofing sheet installation, painting, tiling, and landscaping. Any additional Mason work requested beyond the scope described herein shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately.
