- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, Master Mason Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to revise pricing due to material cost fluctuations in Singapore Singapore.
- All Mason works described in this Quotation Estimate shall be carried out by licensed and insured Mason professionals. Our company holds a valid Building and Construction Authority (BCA) contractor registration for Singapore Singapore.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of all Mason structural works, and 30% upon final handover and client sign-off in Singapore Singapore.
- The estimated project duration for all Mason works is eight (8) working weeks, subject to weather conditions and client access availability in Singapore Singapore.
- All materials specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be of Singapore Singapore approved quality. Any substitution of materials must be approved in writing by the client prior to procurement.
