Payment Terms & Conditions

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (ZAR 228,260.63) is due upon acceptance of this quotation to secure the mason team and material procurement schedule.
Progress Payments: 50% of the remaining balance shall be payable upon completion of all structural masonry work (items 01–03) and verified by the client or their appointed building inspector.
Final Payment: The remaining 20% balance shall be payable upon practical completion, final inspection, and issuance of the Certificate of Compliance by the City of Cape Town.
Payment Method: All payments to be made via EFT to the company bank account (FNB, Account No: 628451930, Branch: Sea Point, Cape Town). Cheques payable to "Cape Town Mason & Build Solutions (Pty) Ltd".
Project Duration: The estimated completion period for all masonry works is 10 to 12 working weeks from the date of commencement, subject to weather conditions and municipal approval timelines in Cape Town.
Warranty: All mason work is covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty and a 5-year NHBRC structural warranty as required by South African law.
Exclusions: This Quotation Estimate does not include electrical, plumbing, roofing, or painting works unless specifically stated. Any additional masonry work requested after commencement will be quoted separately as a variation order.
Compliance: All masonry work shall comply with SANS 10164 (Masonry), SANS 10152 (Concrete), and the National Building Regulations of South Africa. The mason team will hold valid trade certificates and the company maintains full public liability insurance of R5,000,000.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in the courts of Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
