The total estimated duration for all Mason works described in this Quotation Estimate is approximately 38 working days from the date of commencement, subject to weather conditions and the availability of specialist materials. The works are scheduled to begin on 1 September 2025 and are projected to be completed by 15 October 2025. A detailed Gantt chart and weekly progress schedule will be provided to the client upon contract execution.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, Mason reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in material costs, labour rates, or changes in applicable Spanish tax legislation.
- All prices quoted are in Euros (€) and include 21% IVA. No additional municipal taxes or fees are included unless expressly stated. The client is responsible for any third-party permits or licences required by the Ayuntamiento de Madrid.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon signing of the formal contract; 40% upon completion of the structural masonry works (Items 01–04); 30% upon final completion, inspection, and handover. All payments shall be made by bank transfer to the account of Mason SL, IBAN: ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332.
- Mason provides a five-year structural warranty on all masonry and stonework as stipulated under Spanish Royal Decree 8/2005 (Garantía de Obra). A separate two-year warranty applies to finishing works such as rendering and painting.
- The client agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to the worksite during the project duration. Any delays caused by the client or by third parties (e.g., community of owners, neighbours) will extend the completion date proportionally without additional cost to Mason.
- All works will be carried out in strict compliance with the regulations of the Comunidad de Madrid, the Código Técnico de la Edificación (CTE), and the applicable building by-laws of the city of Spain Madrid.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal contract, including detailed technical specifications, insurance certificates, and health-and-safety plans, will be prepared and signed by both parties prior to the commencement of any works.
