- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices are subject to revision due to fluctuations in material costs within the Spain Valencia construction market.
- All Mason work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Spanish Building Code, the Comunitat Valenciana regional regulations, and the applicable technical standards (CTE DB-SE, DB-HE). The mason team will hold valid professional registration with the Valencian College of Building Trades.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of structural masonry work, and 30% upon final handover and client sign-off. All payments to be made in Euros via bank transfer to the account of Valencia Stoneworks & Masonry Ltd.
- The estimated project duration is eight (8) working weeks, commencing within ten (10) business days of contract signature. Delays caused by adverse weather conditions typical of the Valencia coastal climate, or by client-requested changes, will extend the timeline proportionally.
- All masonry materials (stone, brick, mortar, and adhesives) will be sourced from approved suppliers within the Spain Valencia region to ensure quality consistency and reduce transport emissions. Material samples will be presented to the client for approval prior to bulk ordering.
- The mason team will provide a twelve-month workmanship warranty on all structural and decorative masonry elements. This warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.
- Any variations or additional Mason work requested by the client beyond the scope described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary written estimate, signed by both parties before execution.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by the undersigned representative of Valencia Stoneworks & Masonry Ltd.
