This Quotation Estimate is issued by Colombo Mason & Construction Services (Pvt) Ltd. for the provision of comprehensive Mason and masonry works at the residential property located in Sri Lanka Colombo. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any work commenced after the expiry date shall be subject to a revised quotation based on prevailing material and labour rates in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- A minimum advance payment of forty percent (40%) of the grand total, amounting to LKR 2,476,112, is required to mobilize the Mason team and procure materials. The remaining balance shall be payable in two equal instalments upon completion of the ground floor works and upon final handover.
- All masonry works shall be executed by qualified and experienced Mason craftsmen under the direct supervision of a licensed site engineer. The contractor shall bear full responsibility for workmanship quality and structural integrity.
- The project timeline of forty-five (45) working days is contingent upon timely availability of materials, favourable weather conditions in Colombo, and no unforeseen structural complications. Delays caused by monsoon rainfall or municipal restrictions in Sri Lanka Colombo shall be mutually agreed upon in writing.
- A warranty of twelve (12) months is provided on all masonry and plastering works from the date of final acceptance. Any cracks, delamination, or structural defects arising within this period shall be rectified at no additional cost to the client.
- All materials shall comply with Sri Lanka Standards (SLS) and be sourced from approved suppliers within the Colombo district. The client reserves the right to inspect and approve all materials prior to installation.
- The contractor shall maintain a clean and safe work site in accordance with the Sri Lanka Occupational Safety and Health Act. All waste materials shall be removed from the site daily.
- Any variations or additional works beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written variation order signed by both parties before execution.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure, the matter shall be referred to the courts of law in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
