- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices are subject to revision based on current material costs in the Turkey Istanbul construction market.
- Payment shall be made in three installments: 40% upon contract signing, 35% upon completion of structural masonry work, and 25% upon final handover and client acceptance.
- All Mason personnel assigned to this project shall hold valid Turkish construction worker certifications and shall be covered under occupational health and safety (İSG) insurance as mandated by Turkish labor law.
- Materials including concrete blocks, natural stone, mortar, and reinforcement steel shall be sourced from approved suppliers within the Istanbul metropolitan area to ensure quality consistency and timely delivery.
- The project timeline of six (6) weeks assumes standard working conditions. Delays caused by adverse weather, municipal permit holdups, or force majeure events in Turkey Istanbul shall extend the schedule proportionally without additional cost to the client.
- A two-year (24-month) warranty is provided on all structural masonry work performed under this quotation. Decorative stone cladding carries a one-year (12-month) warranty against manufacturing defects.
- The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits from the Kadıköy District Municipality and the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality prior to the commencement of masonry work.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written change order and additional cost assessment approved by both parties.
