The estimated duration for completion of all Mason work items listed above is 28 working days from the date of site handover and receipt of the first progress payment. The schedule is subject to weather conditions in United Arab Emirates Dubai, particularly during the summer months when extreme heat may necessitate adjusted working hours (05:00–11:00 and 16:00–20:00) in compliance with the UAE summer work ban regulations.
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect current material costs in the United Arab Emirates Dubai market.
4.2 Payment terms: 30% advance upon signing, 40% upon completion of structural masonry (Items 01–04), 20% upon completion of tiling (Items 05–06), and 10% upon final handover and client sign-off.
4.3 All Mason work shall be executed by certified and skilled tradesmen employed by Al Noor Mason & Construction Services LLC. The company holds a valid Class A construction trade license issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
4.4 A twelve-month (12-month) workmanship warranty is provided on all masonry, plastering, and tiling works from the date of final acceptance. This warranty does not cover damage caused by structural settlement, natural disasters, or third-party interference.
4.5 The client shall ensure that all necessary permits from Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and any applicable freezone or community management authorities (e.g., Palm Jumeirah Community Management) are obtained prior to commencement of work.
4.6 Any variation or additional work beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written variation order signed by both parties before execution.
4.7 This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved through the Dubai Courts or by arbitration under the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre rules at the client's election.
Note: All prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of all materials, labour, scaffolding, and standard tools.
