The estimated duration for completion of all masonry works is six (6) calendar weeks from the date of commencement. Works will be scheduled Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:30, with no weekend working unless specifically agreed in writing. The programme has been designed to minimise disruption to the client and neighbouring properties in this residential area of Birmingham. Our Mason team will arrive on site by 07:30 each working day and will ensure the site is left in a clean and safe condition at the end of each day.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following instalments:

• Instalment 1 (30%): GBP 12,657.96 – Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to commencement of works.
• Instalment 2 (40%): GBP 16,877.28 – Due upon completion of the facade restoration and boundary wall (end of Week 4).
• Instalment 3 (30%): GBP 12,657.96 – Due upon final completion, handover, and client sign-off.

All payments are to be made by BACS transfer to the account details provided on the accompanying invoice. A 1.5% late payment charge per month will apply to any outstanding balances in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to review after the expiry date due to potential fluctuations in stone material costs.
• All masonry works will be carried out by qualified and insured Mason operatives. Our public liability insurance cover is GBP 10,000,000.
• The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary planning permissions and building control approvals for works in United Kingdom Birmingham. Our team will provide technical drawings and specifications to support any planning application.
• Any variations or additional works beyond the scope detailed in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written agreement and additional cost.
• A twelve-month workmanship guarantee is provided on all masonry works from the date of practical completion. This does not cover damage caused by neglect, frost damage, or structural movement.
• All waste materials generated on site will be disposed of in accordance with UK environmental regulations. A waste transfer note will be provided to the client upon request.
