The scope of work encompasses the complete restoration of the existing Portland stone façade, the installation of new granite threshold stones, the repair of decorative cornicing, and the re-pointing of all external masonry joints in accordance with the conservation guidelines established by the local planning authority in United Kingdom London. All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). VAT is applied at the standard United Kingdom rate of 20% as applicable to construction and masonry services in London.

Mason estimates a total project duration of approximately 42 working days from the date of commencement, subject to weather conditions and access availability in the United Kingdom London area. A detailed programme of works will be issued within five working days of contract award. Mason will coordinate all works to minimise disruption to neighbouring properties and public footways in accordance with local authority requirements.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, Mason reserves the right to revise pricing due to material cost fluctuations or changes in United Kingdom London labour market conditions.
Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of stone installation (Item 02), and 30% upon final completion and sign-off. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
Mason shall provide full public liability insurance (minimum £10,000,000) and employer's liability insurance throughout the duration of the project in United Kingdom London.
All workmanship shall be guaranteed for a period of five (5) years from the date of practical completion, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Any variations to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to commencement of the additional works. Mason will issue a supplementary Quotation Estimate for any such variations.
Mason shall comply with all applicable United Kingdom building regulations, Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 requirements, and local planning conditions applicable to the United Kingdom London area.
Access to the site shall be provided by the client between 07:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday. Mason will not work on public holidays in the United Kingdom.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal contract document has been executed by both parties.
