This Quotation Estimate is issued by Midwest Mason & Stoneworks LLC to provide a comprehensive breakdown of all masonry services required for the Whitfield residential property located in the United States Chicago metropolitan area. Our team of licensed and bonded Mason professionals will execute the following scope of work in full compliance with the City of Chicago Building Code (Chapter 13-12) and all applicable Illinois state regulations governing masonry construction and restoration.

This Quotation Estimate assumes the following payment milestones, all payable via certified check or ACH transfer to Midwest Mason & Stoneworks LLC:
- 30% Deposit ($23,159.12): Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to permit submission with the City of Chicago Department of Buildings.
- 40% Progress Payment ($30,878.82): Due upon completion of all repointing and brick replacement work, subject to a joint inspection by the client and the lead Mason.
- 30% Final Payment ($23,159.11): Due upon final walkthrough, sign-off, and delivery of all as-built documentation, warranty certificates, and sealer maintenance instructions.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all material and labor rates are subject to revision based on current United States Chicago market conditions.
- Midwest Mason & Stoneworks LLC holds a valid Illinois Mason Contractor License (IL-MA-2019-4471) and carries $2,000,000 general liability insurance and $1,000,000 workers' compensation coverage, as required for all masonry operations in the United States Chicago area.
- All masonry work performed under this Quotation Estimate is backed by a five (5) year workmanship warranty on repointing, brick replacement, and retaining wall construction. The limestone sealer carries a separate two (2) year manufacturer's warranty.
- Weather delays (rain, snow, or temperatures below 40°F) will extend the project timeline on a day-for-day basis. The lead Mason will notify the client at least 24 hours in advance of any weather-related schedule adjustment.
