All masonry materials shall conform to ASTM C139 (Masonry Units), ASTM C270 (Mortar), and ACI 530.1 standards. The Mason crew assigned to this project will consist of a licensed journeyman mason, two apprentice masons, and a dedicated foreman. Concrete mix design will be specified by a California-licensed structural engineer to account for the seismic zone classification (Zone D) applicable to the Los Angeles basin. All stone veneer will be sourced from a certified supplier in the United States and inspected upon delivery to the Los Angeles job site.
Estimated duration: 22 working days from the date of permit approval. Work will commence no earlier than July 1, 2025, and is projected for completion by July 28, 2025, subject to weather conditions typical of the Los Angeles summer climate and any delays imposed by LADBS inspection scheduling.
- Payment Schedule: 30% deposit upon execution of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of structural masonry (chimney and retaining wall); 30% upon final inspection sign-off and punch-list clearance.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Material prices, particularly natural stone and CMU, are subject to market fluctuation in the United States construction supply chain.
- Permits & Compliance: The contractor shall obtain all necessary building permits from the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety. The client is responsible for any HOA or neighborhood association approvals required in the Los Angeles area.

- Insurance: Golden State Masonry & Stoneworks, LLC carries $2,000,000 general liability, $1,000,000 workers' compensation, and $500,000 automobile liability coverage, all compliant with California and United States requirements.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with California Civil Code Section 1295.
