The total duration for completion of all Mason works as detailed in this Quotation Estimate is estimated at fourteen (14) calendar weeks from the date of contract signing. The schedule accounts for seasonal weather conditions typical of Uzbekistan Tashkent, including the hot summer months where curing times for mortar and concrete may be adjusted. A detailed Gantt chart and weekly progress reporting schedule will be provided upon contract execution.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and material costs are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of structural masonry (items 1–4), 20% upon completion of plastering and tile works (items 5–7), and 10% upon final handover and client acceptance.
