- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised to reflect current market rates for masonry materials in Zimbabwe Harare.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of all structural masonry work, and 30% upon final handover and client sign-off.
- All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the company account at CBZ Bank, Harare Branch, Zimbabwe.
- The estimated project duration is eight (8) working weeks from the date of commencement, subject to weather conditions and availability of materials in the Zimbabwe Harare market.
- Our Mason team will adhere to all health and safety regulations as stipulated by the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare of Zimbabwe.
- A twelve-month (12-month) workmanship warranty is provided on all masonry works detailed in this Quotation Estimate, covering structural defects and mortar failures.
- Any variations or additional masonry work requested by the client beyond the scope outlined herein will be subject to a separate Quotation Estimate and written approval before commencement.
- The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits and approvals from the Harare City Council prior to the start of masonry works.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include electrical, plumbing, roofing, or painting works unless specifically stated.
