The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be disbursed according to the following schedule, subject to satisfactory performance review by the client:
- Advance Payment (30%): $70,380 – payable within 15 business days of contract execution and confirmation of the Mathematician's arrival in Afghanistan Kabul.
- Mid-Term Payment (40%): $93,840 – payable at the completion of month 6, contingent upon submission of interim progress reports and deliverables.
- Final Payment (30%): $70,380 – payable upon successful completion of the 12-month engagement and acceptance of all final deliverables by the client in Afghanistan Kabul.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
- The Mathematician shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan while performing duties in Afghanistan Kabul.
- All intellectual property, research outputs, and publications generated under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the Mathematician and the client, with full citation of the Afghanistan Kabul institutional affiliation.
- The client reserves the right to terminate this Quotation Estimate agreement with thirty (30) days written notice in the event of material breach, force majeure, or significant change in project scope.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation in Kabul, Afghanistan, and if unresolved, through arbitration under the rules of the Afghanistan Commercial Arbitration Center.
- All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Mathematician. No cash payments shall be accepted.
- The Mathematician is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary work permits, residency documentation, and professional licenses required to practice in Afghanistan Kabul.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement incorporating all terms herein.
