- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision due to market conditions in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- The Mathematician shall commence services within ten (10) business days of written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate by the client.
- Payment terms: 40% upon signing of the service agreement, 35% upon delivery of the mathematical feasibility report (Item 03), and 25% upon completion of all services. All payments shall be made in Argentine Pesos (ARS) via bank transfer to an account held in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- All intellectual property, mathematical models, algorithms, and documentation produced by the Mathematician under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
- The Mathematician shall comply with all applicable data protection regulations in force in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and the national laws of Argentina, including Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection.
- Any additional services beyond the scope described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional Quotation Estimate.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, in accordance with the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation.
- The Mathematician reserves the right to decline or modify services if the client's requirements involve mathematical or ethical considerations that conflict with professional standards recognized by the Argentine academic community.
