The Mathematician engaged under this Quotation Estimate will hold a minimum of a Doctorate in Applied Mathematics or a related quantitative discipline, with no fewer than twelve (12) years of professional experience in numerical analysis, stochastic modelling, and optimisation theory. The Mathematician will be based in Australia Melbourne and will be available for both on-site and remote engagement as required by the project timeline.

The scope of work for the Mathematician includes, but is not limited to: development of advanced differential equation models for fluid dynamics applications; construction and validation of Monte Carlo simulation frameworks; peer review of existing mathematical proofs and derivations; preparation of technical documentation and white papers; and delivery of up to four (4) in-person workshops per month at the client's Melbourne office. Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly instalments of $42,377.50 (inclusive of GST), due within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice issuance. The first instalment is due upon formal acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the associated Service Agreement. All payments shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the bank account nominated by Meridian Analytical Solutions Pty Ltd, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Late payments will attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Australian Consumer Law.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, rates for the Mathematician engagement may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Australia Melbourne.
All services will be performed by a qualified Mathematician who is a resident of, or legally authorised to work in, the State of Victoria, Australia. The Mathematician will comply with all applicable Australian employment, tax, and professional conduct regulations.
The Mathematician will maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of AUD $10,000,000, as is standard practice for quantitative consultants operating in Australia Melbourne.
Intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this engagement will be assigned to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing methodologies, algorithms, and frameworks of the Mathematician or Meridian Analytical Solutions remain the property of the provider.
Confidentiality obligations as defined under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Victorian Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 will be strictly observed by the Mathematician and all supporting personnel.
Any variation to the scope of work must be agreed in writing and will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by Meridian Analytical Solutions.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. Governing law: State of Victoria, Australia.
The Mathematician reserves the right to decline any task that falls outside the scope of professional mathematical practice or that may compromise academic integrity standards upheld by the Australian Mathematical Society.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations set forth herein for the engagement of the Mathematician in Australia Melbourne.
