- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- Payment shall be made in three equal installments: 40% upon contract signing, 30% upon completion of the third month of the Mathematician's engagement, and the remaining 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables.
- All payments shall be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bank transfer to the account of Quantum Analytics & Research Institute, Dhaka Branch, Sonali Bank, Bangladesh Dhaka.
- The Mathematician shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, research findings, and institutional information encountered during the course of this engagement in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
- The consultant is entitled to a minimum of two (2) working days off per week in accordance with the labor regulations of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
- Intellectual property generated jointly during the engagement shall be co-owned by both parties, with specific terms to be defined in a supplementary IP agreement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
