4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates for the Mathematician services in Canada Toronto are subject to renegotiation.
4.2 Payment terms: 40% upon execution of the service agreement, 40% upon delivery of the primary mathematical deliverables, and 20% upon final acceptance and sign-off. All payments shall be made in Canadian Dollars via electronic transfer to the account designated by Whitfield Analytical Consulting Ltd.
4.3 The Mathematician shall maintain full professional confidentiality in accordance with the Ontario Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and the client's internal data governance policies. All mathematical models, proofs, and documentation produced under this engagement shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Meridian Financial Technologies Inc.
4.4 Any scope changes or additional Mathematician hours beyond those specified in this Quotation Estimate must be approved in writing by both parties prior to commencement of the additional work.
4.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by authorized representatives of both parties.
4.6 All services shall be performed in compliance with the professional standards of the Canadian Mathematical Society and applicable regulations of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
