This Quotation Estimate is formally submitted to the Ethiopian Ministry of Science and Higher Education for the engagement of a qualified Mathematician to deliver specialized consulting, research, and instructional services within the Ethiopia Addis Ababa metropolitan area. The Mathematician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of a Doctoral degree in Mathematics or a closely related quantitative field, with demonstrated expertise in applied mathematics, statistical modeling, numerical analysis, and mathematical optimization relevant to national development planning in Ethiopia.

The scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate encompasses the following deliverables to be executed in and around Ethiopia Addis Ababa:

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
The Mathematician named in this Quotation Estimate shall be available for a minimum of five (5) working days per week at the designated office location in Ethiopia Addis Ababa, Bole Sub-City, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the six-month milestone, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables.
All intellectual property generated by the Mathematician during the course of this engagement in Ethiopia Addis Ababa shall be jointly owned by the Mathematician and the Ethiopian Ministry of Science and Higher Education, as stipulated in the final service agreement.
The Mathematician shall comply with all applicable Ethiopian labor laws, tax regulations, and professional conduct standards as enforced within the Addis Ababa administrative zone.
Any changes to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be documented in a formal amendment signed by both parties. No additional services shall be rendered without a revised Quotation Estimate.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement shall be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any Mathematician services in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
All amounts quoted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) are subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the National Bank of Ethiopia on the date of payment. USD equivalents are provided for reference only.
The Mathematician shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ETB 5,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Service Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in accordance with the Ethiopian Arbitration and Conciliation Proclamation No. 1221/2020.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for the Mathematician services described herein and confirms that all terms, conditions, and cost estimates have been reviewed and understood. This Quotation Estimate is prepared specifically for use in Ethiopia Addis Ababa and is governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
