1. Scope of Work — Mathematician Services in France Lyon
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Lyonnaise Mathematical Consulting SARL to formally propose the engagement of a qualified Mathematician to deliver advanced analytical, modelling, and data-science support to the client organisation based in France Lyon. The Mathematician will operate primarily from the client’s premises in the 2¹ arrondissement of Lyon, with the option of up to two remote working days per week. 3. Payment Terms
Payment shall be made by bank transfer (virement bancaire) to the account of Lyonnaise Mathematical Consulting SARL, BNP Paribas Lyon, IBAN: FR76 3000 4000 0100 0000 0000 000. Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears. A 30% advance payment is due upon signature of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be settled in five equal monthly instalments. Late payments are subject to statutory French interest rates (taux d'intérêt légal) as defined by the Code de commerce.
4. Terms & Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in the Lyon professional services sector.
- The Mathematician engaged under this estimate shall comply with all applicable French labour regulations, data-protection obligations (RGPD / GDPR), and the client’s internal security policies in Lyon.
- All intellectual property produced by the Mathematician during the engagement period shall vest in the client upon full payment, except for pre-existing methodologies and tools of the consulting firm.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days’ written notice. In such case, a pro-rata settlement of the Quotation Estimate amounts will be applied.
- Confidentiality: The Mathematician shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work in France Lyon. All project data shall be stored on servers located within the European Union.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to public-health restrictions affecting operations in Lyon, shall suspend obligations without penalty for a maximum of sixty (60) days.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lyon (Tribunal de Commerce de Lyon).
