The Mathematician engaged under this Quotation Estimate will possess a minimum of a Doctorate in Applied Mathematics or a related quantitative discipline, with at least ten years of professional experience in numerical analysis, stochastic modelling, and computational mathematics. The Mathematician will be based in France Marseille and will report directly to the Director of Research. Key responsibilities include:

• Development and validation of mathematical models for fluid dynamics and heat transfer applications relevant to the client's ongoing research programmes.
• Design and implementation of numerical simulation frameworks using advanced finite element and spectral methods.
• Supervision of a team of three junior researchers and two doctoral students based at the Marseille laboratory.
• Preparation of peer-reviewed publications and presentation of findings at national and international conferences, including those hosted in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region.

• 5.2 The Mathematician engaged under this agreement shall comply with all applicable French labour laws, data protection regulations (GDPR), and the specific intellectual property policies of the client institution.
