The following services constitute the full scope of work covered by this Quotation Estimate. The Mathematician shall be physically based in Ghana Accra for the duration of the engagement and shall report to the designated project lead at the client's premises in Accra.

• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Mathematician's rates and availability in Ghana Accra may be subject to revision, and a revised Quotation Estimate shall be required.
• Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (GH₵ 71,737.50) is due upon acceptance. The remaining 70% shall be payable in two equal instalments: 50% upon delivery of the technical report and 50% upon completion of the post-delivery support period.
• Payment Method: All payments shall be made in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) via bank transfer to the Mathematician's designated account with a licensed financial institution in Accra, Ghana. Cheques and cash payments are not accepted.
• Intellectual Property: All mathematical models, code, documentation, and reports produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full and final payment. The Mathematician retains the right to reference the work in academic publications with prior written consent from the client.
• Confidentiality: The Mathematician shall treat all data, proprietary information, and research materials provided by the client in Ghana Accra as strictly confidential. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of work.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions in Ghana, or public health emergencies affecting the Accra region.
• Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting engagement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2099 (Act 698).
• Revisions: Up to two (2) rounds of reasonable revisions to the mathematical models and final report are included in this Quotation Estimate. Additional revision cycles shall be billed at the Mathematician's standard daily rate of GH₵ 4,500 per day.
