• Design and implementation of quantitative risk assessment methodologies tailored to the client's industry sector, leveraging the Mathematician's expertise in probability theory and statistical inference.
• Preparation of detailed mathematical documentation, including derivations, proofs, algorithmic specifications, and peer-review-ready technical reports.
• Conduct of weekly on-site consultations at the client's premises in India Mumbai (minimum three days per week) and remote collaboration sessions as required.
• Mentorship and knowledge transfer sessions for the client's in-house data science and analytics team to build long-term mathematical competency.
• Participation in quarterly strategy review meetings to align mathematical modeling outputs with the client's evolving business objectives.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Mathematician may be subject to revision.
• Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the third month, and the remaining 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables.
• All payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account of Apex Mathematical Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, India. Invoices will be raised in accordance with the GST regulations of India.
• The Mathematician engaged under this contract shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Intellectual Property (IP) assignment clause. All mathematical models, algorithms, and documentation developed during the engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
• Any scope changes or additional deliverables beyond the original Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges at the rates specified herein.
• The Mathematician shall maintain professional confidentiality regarding all client data, proprietary information, and business strategies encountered during the engagement in India Mumbai.
• This engagement is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
