1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Apex Analytical Consulting Pvt. 2. Scope of Work – Mathematician Engagement

The Mathematician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics, Pure Mathematics, or a closely related discipline from a recognized Indian or international university. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following activities performed at the India New Delhi office or at the client's designated site:

4. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: 30% of the total Quotation Estimate value (₹6,53,838) due within 7 working days of acceptance, via NEFT/RTGS to the account of Apex Analytical Consulting Pvt. Ltd., HDFC Bank, Connaught Place Branch, New Delhi.
• Progress Payments: 50% payable in two equal monthly instalments at the end of Month 2 and Month 4, subject to satisfactory milestone sign-off by the client.
• Final Payment: Remaining 20% (₹4,35,892) due within 15 days of final deliverable acceptance and submission of the comprehensive technical report.
• All payments are subject to applicable TDS deductions as per the Income Tax Act, 1961 (India). A valid GST invoice shall be issued for each payment tranche.

5. Terms and Conditions

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect market conditions in India New Delhi.
• The Mathematician shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement, both of which shall be executed prior to the commencement of work.
