The Mathematician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables specifically tailored to the operational and research needs of Iraq Baghdad:

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule, subject to the client's standard procurement procedures in Iraq Baghdad:
- 30% Advance Payment: $31,890 – due within fifteen (15) business days of contract signature.
- 40% Progress Payment: $42,520 – due upon delivery and acceptance of the second technical report (end of Month 6).
- 30% Final Payment: $31,890 – due upon completion of all deliverables and submission of the final project report.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Mathematician's consulting entity. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, calculated from the due date.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
5.2 The Mathematician reserves the right to decline or modify the scope of work if the client's requirements deviate materially from those described in Section 2. Any such modification shall be documented in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
5.3 All intellectual property, including but not limited to mathematical models, algorithms, code, and reports produced under this engagement, shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment. The Mathematician retains the right to reference the work in academic publications with prior written consent from the client.
5.4 The Mathematician shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Iraq, including data protection and confidentiality statutes governing the use of government data in Iraq Baghdad.
5.5 In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to political instability, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting Iraq Baghdad), either party may suspend obligations without penalty, provided written notice is given within seven (7) days of the event.
5.6 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Mathematician in Iraq Baghdad. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding agreement between the parties.
