  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, the Mathematician's availability and the stated rates may be subject to revision.
  2. Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon delivery of the mathematical report; 20% upon completion of the post-delivery support phase in Japan Osaka.
  3. The Mathematician shall maintain full confidentiality of all proprietary data, formulas, and industrial processes encountered during the engagement in Japan Osaka. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement of work.
  4. All intellectual property generated by the Mathematician specifically for the client under this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment, as stipulated in the master service agreement.
  5. The Mathematician reserves the right to publish general methodological findings in peer-reviewed journals, provided that no client-specific data or proprietary parameters are disclosed.
  6. Any change in scope exceeding 10% of the originally estimated workload will trigger a supplementary Quotation Estimate, to be approved in writing by both parties before additional work commences.
  7. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Japan, with jurisdiction vested in the Osaka District Court. Any disputes arising from the Mathematician's services in Japan Osaka shall be resolved through mediation before litigation.
  8. The client agrees to provide the Mathematician with reasonable access to facilities, data, and personnel within the Japan Osaka site to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all mathematical deliverables.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Osaka Applied Mathematics Consulting Co., Ltd. to proceed with the engagement of the Mathematician as described herein for services to be rendered in Japan Osaka.
