Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) instalments as follows:
- 30% Advance Payment (RM 46,396.80) – Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to commencement of the Mathematician's engagement.
- 40% Progress Payment (RM 61,862.40) – Due upon completion of the mid-project deliverables, including the preliminary mathematical models and statistical reports.
- 30% Final Payment (RM 46,396.80) – Due upon final acceptance of all deliverables and completion of knowledge transfer sessions in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Apex Mathematical Consulting Sdn. Bhd. at Maybank, Account No. 5123-4567-8901, Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. Invoices will be issued in accordance with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) guidelines.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Mathematician may be subject to revision.
- All intellectual property, mathematical models, algorithms, and documentation produced by the Mathematician under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full and final payment.
- The Mathematician shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data, proprietary information, and project details in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the originally agreed deliverables will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval before additional work commences.
- The Mathematician reserves the right to decline engagement if the project involves unethical research or violates Malaysian regulatory frameworks.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, or public health emergencies, shall relieve both parties from performance obligations during the affected period.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur in accordance with the Mediation Act 2012 of Malaysia. If mediation fails, disputes shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and a definitive Service Agreement is executed.
