Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) installments via bank transfer to the account of Atlas Scientific Solutions SARL, Bank of Africa (BMCE), Casablanca branch:
- 30% advance payment (MAD 61,200) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement.
- 40% interim payment (MAD 81,600) upon delivery of the technical report and completion of the modelling phase.
- 30% final payment (MAD 61,200) within fifteen (15) calendar days following the post-delivery support period.
All payments are due in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Moroccan commercial law (Code de Commerce).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect current market rates for a Mathematician in Morocco Casablanca.
- The Mathematician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all data, models, and proprietary information shared by the client. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to the commencement of work.
