5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability of the Mathematician are subject to reconfirmation.
5.2 Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date. Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears for the Mathematician's professional services rendered in Auckland, New Zealand.
5.3 A 20% deposit of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required upon acceptance to secure the Mathematician's availability and commence project mobilisation.
5.4 All amounts are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include 15% GST as per the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax Act 1985. The client is responsible for any additional costs arising from scope changes not covered by this Quotation Estimate.

5.6 The Mathematician's engagement is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be resolved through the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand or the District Court of Auckland, as applicable.
5.7 Confidentiality: All mathematical models, data, and intellectual property developed during the Mathematician's engagement in Auckland, New Zealand, shall remain the exclusive property of the client unless otherwise agreed in a separate intellectual property agreement.
This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide all necessary data, access to relevant systems, and a suitable working environment at their Auckland premises.
